My 3Doodler Start doesn’t seem to be charging. What gives?

We are sorry to hear this! Do you have a spare micro USB cable that you can try to use to help determine if it is a pen issue or a cable issue?

Note that sometimes USB enabled devices, like computers, don't have enough power to get your Start pen's battery charging. If your device or power source isn't charging your pen, please attempt to charge it via USB power brick plugged directly into a power outlet.
