The 3Doodler sometimes makes a slight crackling sound while extruding. Is this normal?
If the filament makes a slight crackling sound while extruding, this is totally normal. It is caused by moisture escaping from the plastic strands (that has been caught in the strand since fabrication). This is not dangerous or a cause for concern!
