Quotes and Purchase Orders
You can get a quote quickly through the 3Doodler website and we accept POs from all US-based educational institutions. (If you’re based outside of the US and need either a quote or PO, then contact [email protected] and we’ll connect you with one of our international resellers.)
We’re aiming to make the quote and buying process as seamless as possible, which is why we’ve put together this document. Check out the instructions below and if anything is unclear, please reach out to the 3Doodler team at [email protected] or 718-618-9904.
Please note, web promotions and discounts on anything other than 3Doodler EDU Learning Packs, and 3Doodler EDU Learning Pack Plastic Kits, are for customers paying by credit card on our website, and cannot be applied to quotes or purchase orders.

Quotes
Let’s start with getting you a quote for general use or purchase order submission. Below are step-by-step instructions to get a personalized quote. If you have any questions along the way, please email reach out to the 3Doodler team at [email protected] or 718-618-9904.
Create an EDU account, or log in if you already have an account.
If you’re creating an EDU account, register with your institutional email address for a faster approval process. Accounts are normally approved within two (2) business days.
Once logged into your EDU account, add the products you want to purchase to your shopping cart. Once everything you want is in your cart, click “View Cart”.
From the Cart page, click on the prompt that says “Educators, Get a (Free Shipping) Quote” which is found above the subtotal. Enter in your email and click on the “Create a Quote” button. A quote will be sent to the email you provided with all the items included in your cart. The emailed quote will also include instructions on how to submit and pay by PO.
If you are not logged into your EDU account (or you do not have an EDU account), and you would still like to receive a quote for the items in your cart, go to the cart page and click on the prompt that says, “Get shipping estimates or a quote.” You will need to enter your state and zip code and click on the “Calculate Shipping” button. Once you have calculated the shipping, you can enter in your email address and click the “Create a Quote” button. A quote will be sent to the email you provided with all the items included in your cart. The emailed quote will also include instructions on how to submit and pay by PO. Submitting a PO
Now that you have a quote, let’s get that PO submitted. All POs must be submitted via the 3Doodler website, email, or traditional mail. We do not accept POs via fax. Please follow the steps below to successfully submit your educational institution’s PO.
- Set up 3Doodler as a vendor Make sure you tell your educational institution’s Purchasing Office about us. Please refer to the information below, as well as our W9, for useful information in setting up 3Doodler as a vendor. If you need a copy of our W9, please email [email protected].

Payment terms
We operate with a Net-30 payment arrangement for approved education POs. Please be sure to send us your check or arrange a wire transfer when your 3Doodler products arrive. The email with your invoice will include payment instructions. We prefer wire transfers, but we understand if you need to mail in your payment. All checks should be sent to:
