An international transaction fee showed up on my bank statement in addition to my order. What gives?

Any foreign transaction fee listed on your bank statement is from your banking institution. Since we receive our payments overseas, and ship out our orders from overseas, some customer banking institutions may charge an international transaction fee. The only charge we administer is for that of the order you placed, which is reflected in the total displayed on the checkout page, as well as your invoice.   • My 3Doodler Start doesn't seem to be charging. What gives?

    We are sorry to hear this! Do you have a spare micro USB cable that you can try to use to help determine if it is a pen issue or a cable issue? Note that sometimes USB enabled devices, like computers, don't have enough power to get your Start pen's battery charging. If your device or power source isn't charging your pen, please attempt to charge it via USB power brick plugged directly into a power outlet.   • My 3Doodler Start doesn't seem to be heating up. What gives?

    Begin by charging your 3Doodler Start fully. This can take up to two hours. Ensure the pen is off when charging, and charge the pen until the light on the pen turns solid orange. Once it is charged, turn the pen on to see if it heats up. The light will turn from red to green when the pen heats up. This takes about 30 seconds, but can take up to two minutes. Watch your pen closely during this time. If it sits too long, it will cool down as a safety feature and go into "standby mode."  If after…
