The tip of my pen broke off, and I can no longer attach the nozzle!

Kindly note that the 3Doodler instructions explicitly say that you should carefully change the pen tip when it is plugged in, on, and fully heated up. Doing this may prevent the pen tip from breaking in the future. Unfortunately we don’t have a way to repair pens with broken tips, but if you are covered by our warranty we will happily replace your device.
