An Apple a Day

It's always nice to have a little present for your teacher on the first day of school, to help show them you care and to recognize their efforts to ensure everyone has a great start to the new school year. Here's a fun Apple Doodle will test your Doodle abilities, and leave you with a classic gift for that teacher that goes above and beyone.

What You'll Need

1 Assemble your materials!

Gather together your DoodlePad, Plastic, Stencil, and your 3Doodler pen and prepare to get creative!

2 Start with the stencil

Start by tracing and filling in the pieces outlined in the stencil. Note: The stencil includes 2 different sizes of apple stencils. This will help you either make a large or a small apple. Either way, to complete this Doodle you only need to Doodle 6 pieces close in size to create the inside of your apple.

3 Create the core

Once you have all the pieces Doodled from the stencil then it's time to assemble. Each piece from the stencil should have a flat edge. Use the welding technique to attach all the pieces together along their flat edges.

4 Turn it into an apple

Now start Doodling around your apple core to help create the familiar apple shape.

5 Finishing touch

Finally, we add the final touch some greenery. Use the stencil to Doodle the leaf and then attach it to the top of your apple as seen in the gif.
