2021 Holiday Shipping Information
Dear 3Doodler Community:
Our team has been hard at work making sure everything is good to go on our end: the warehouse is stocked with goodies (3D pens, filament, accessories, oh my) and our customer support team is rested and ready to help. We want you to fill your shopping carts with items that will bring smiles and delight, while also challenging you to get creative.
But if we’ve learned anything over the last year, it’s that things can change at any minute, especially when there are so many factors outside of our control.
We’ve pulled together our holiday shipping options in an easy to digest FAQ format below. We’ve created this resource as early as possible this year, given that we expect to see some crazy shipping delays from the couriers. And of course, it’s not their fault, there is a big mess across all facets of the global supply chain right now.
Bottom line, if you want to reduce stress, we highly encourage you to shop early. If you’re more of a last minute shopper (nothing wrong with that), we have expedited shipping options for you too. Just keep in mind the risk. We don’t have any pull with the carriers once the product ships, and so technically, we can’t guarantee anything once the product has left our warehouse.

WHEN IS YOUR HOLIDAY SHIPPING DEADLINE?
While we highly encourage customers to shop early this year, here are our holiday cutoff dates.
Standard/Free Shipping (USPS) – 11 AM EST on Dec 14, 2021 (Estimated delivery in 4-12 days)
Express Shipping (FedEx Ground): 11 AM EST on December 10, 2021 (Estimated delivery in 3-10 days)
Overnight Shipping(FedEx Overnight): 11 AM EST on December 20, 2021 (Estimated delivery in 1-3 Days)
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY PACKAGE TO BE PROCESSED?
All orders on the3doodler.com are currently being processed in 1-3 business days.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY PACKAGE TO BE DELIVERED?
After your order is processed and packaged, it is sent to either USPS / UPS / FedEx for shipping. Unfortunately, we do not have control over the carrier’s shipping times, so you may experience delays due to COVID-19 and holiday seasonality.
I’M HAVING TROUBLE TRACKING MY SHIPMENT TO CANADA, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Shipments to Canada go through DHL, please take the tracking number from your order shipped email and check the status here.
