What You'll Need

1 Start with a stencil

Print out the floral earrings stencil. Place a DoodlePad™ on top of it or cover with masking tape, then Doodle to make two flowers.

2 Doodle all parts

Next, Doodle two petals and six filaments. Once the plastic has hardened, peel all Doodles off.

3 Bake it to smooth it

Line your baking tray with aluminium foil, then place the two flowers and petals onto the tray (make sure to leave some space between them) to bake for about 7 minutes at 200°C (390°F). Once cooled, remove from the oven.

Warning: Remember to use PLA plastic only for this baking technique!

4 Bend into shape

Turn on your Create pen and wait for the nozzle tip to heat up, then, carefully run the tip along the the petal to soften the plastic. Use your fingers gently bend into shape. Repeat on all petals.

5 Add the details

Add some plastic to the flower center, then quickly arrange the filaments onto it before the plastic dries.

6 Time to assemble

Make a hole with a heated nozzle tip on one petal of each flower, as well as on each independent petal. Hook the flower and the petal together with an open jumpring.

7 Finishing touch

Finally, use strong glue to stick an earring post onto the back of the petal.

8 All done!
