    Once fully charged, your 3Doodler Start will run wirelessly for 45 -60 minutes. Like any focussed activity it’s good to give yourself (and the pen) a break now and then. We suggest taking a 30 minute break after two hours of continuous Doodling.

    Completely. The 3Doodler Start Pen and Eco-Filaments are specially designed to be completely safe for kids ages 6 years and above. There are no hot parts on the pen and our Eco-Filament is non-toxic, BPA-free, and completely eco-friendly in your household compost. It typically takes about 45 days for the filament to break down, depending on various environmental factors.

  • How does one charge the 3Doodler Start?

    The 3Doodler Start is sold with a micro USB charging cable, so you can plug it into any powered device with a USB port to recharge, though charging via USB power brick plugged directly into a power outlet is recommended. It can take up to 2 and a half hours for a the pen to reach a full charge.
