How long will it take my order to arrive if I select the “Express Delivery” option?

This applies to our International store only, not North America or UK.

It usually takes 1-4 days to prepare your order for dispatch. From the dispatch date, it generally takes 5-7 business days (M-F)  for your order to arrive.

On rare occasions, circumstances beyond control such as customs holds, inclement weather, or high volumes of mail in a courier’s system may cause a slight delay in arrival. We apologize for any inconvenience.

    We’re so sorry about that! Sometimes the courier can have a slight delay in the delivery process due to weather, high volumes of packages being delivered, and other reasons. Please feel free to contact our customer service by emailing us at and we will be more than happy to look into your delivery. Remember to always check your online tracking link first. If insufficient information is provided on the tracking page, feel free to contact us before contacting the courier, bank or any other provider.
