• Can I leave the filament in the pen when I turn the pen off?

  Please don't! We've found that leaving warm filament in the pen accelerates the degradation of the filament and can cause issues with the pen over time.

• How do I unclog the 3Doodler PRO+?

  Make sure your 3Doodler PRO+ is turned on and heated up to the proper temperature for the material in your pen. Once it is, carefully remove the nozzle with the nozzle removal tool. After it has been removed, insert the unblocking tool in through the pen tip and engage the reverse function. This should push any clogged material out of the back of the pen, thus clearing any clogs. Note that you can also remove the magnetic maintenance panel for greater access to the feeding mechanisms. • How do I switch between filaments properly when using the PRO+?

  With the pen turned on and set to the temperature of the filament in the pen, carefully remove the nozzle using the nozzle removal tool. With the nozzle removed, if the material is long enough, simply reverse the filament out of the back of the pen. If needed, insert the unblocking tool through the nozzle-end of the pen to push any remaining filament out through the feed port.
