Doodle two (ea.) of part “A.”

Doodle one (ea.) of parts “B,C and D.”

Please use construction diagram, on page one, as a reference.

Lay part “B” on a flat surface.

Join one doodle of part “A” perpendicular to part “B” at labeled spots.

Join part “D” perpendicular to parts “A and B” at labeled spots. NOTE: Join part “D” ALONG BOTTOM EDGE of part “A”.

Join second part “A” to parts “B” and “D” at labeled spots.

Join assemblage to part “C” at labeled spots.

Now, position assembled napkin holder. With “D” side parallel to flat surface.

Woven Box 1

A nice “woven” box to use as an ornament or decorative object.

Instructions

Print out 6 copies of Page 1 – Draw the Stencils

Lay out 4 of the stencils in a row (L-R) making sure they all look the same (leave 2 stencils aside for top and bottom of box)

Take stencil 2 & 4 and rotate them a 1/4 turn to the left – now you have 1 & 3 and 2 & 4 facing the same direction

Attach stencil 1 & 2 at (ed, fc, gd & he — see construction diagram on Pg 2) at 90°

Attach stencil 2 & 3 at (ip, jo, km & ln — see construction diagram on Pg 2) at 90°

Attach Stencil 3 & 4 at (ed, fc, gd & he — see construction diagram on Pg 2) at 90° – you should have an open box at this point

Attach Stencil 4 & 1 at (ip, jo, km & ln — see construction diagram on Pg 2) to finish the sides of the box

Attach Bottom of box at points (a thru p) on all sides of top – dry fit the bottom to make sure that the weave is correct first

Make Optional Inside Box – If you are not going to make and insert the Optional Box then skip to Step 22

Print Out “Optional Box Stencil” – Page 3

Cut out stencil and trace onto heavy construction paper that compliments the color of plastic you used to make your outer boxTrace stencil on paper and cut out 6

Lay out 4 stencils in a row (L-R) turning the 2nd and fourth so that Tab A is facing Left and Tab B is Facing Right

Use Glue or Double-sided Tape to attach Tab A on Stencil 2 to the back of Stencil 1- Make sure the “Fold Line” on Stencil 2 lines up with the edge of Stencil 1 – See Fig. 1 on Page 4

Instructions

Print out 4 copies of Page 1 & 4 Copies of Page 2 – Draw the Stencils

Start with Stencil A then meet up with Stencil B and attach with a bead of plastic on all the open leaves. Each section will meet up with the next section regardless if you start with A or B.

Continue attaching sections, alternating between A & B. See Construction Diagram (Page 3) to see how finished product will look.

(Note you can also do 8 of each stencil to make a wreath of all A or all B sections)

Instructions

Make 1 Main Body (A.); 6 Arms (B.) ; 8 Circles (C.)

Attach 1st Arm (B) Perpendicular (90º) to Main Body (A) at B1, B2, B3, B4 with a small bead.

Attach 2nd Arm (B) In between 1st Arm and Main Body (A) at B1, B2, B3, B4 with a small bead.

Attach 3rd Arm (B) In between 1st Arm and Main Body (A) at B1, B2, B3, B4 with a small bead.

Attach Circle (C) In between 2nd Arm and Main Body at B5 with a small bead.

Attach Circle (C) In between 1st Arm and 2nd Arm at B5 with a small bead.
